FORMAL / INFORMAL ENTRY, TIB

Formal entry = required for all shipments over $2000.00
Informal entry = Shipments valued at $2000.00 or less.
T.I.B. (Temporary Importation Bond) = goods admitted to U.S. without payment of duty, not for sale or resale and export back within a period of 1 year.

WAREHOUSE ENTRY

Most of the time this applies to Quota entries if there are missing documents such as Visa, any shipments that cannot clear customs because of missing documents and needs time to provide these documents

QUOTA ENTRY

Permits a limited number of units of specified merchandise to be entered or withdrawn for consumption during specified periods. Once the quantity permitted under quota is filled, no further entries or withdrawals for consumption of merchandise subject to quota are permitted

FOOD AND DRUG (FDA)/UNITED STATE DEP. OF AGRICULTURE (USDA)

REMOTE LOCATION FILING

As approved RLF filer we are capable to file all entries electronically to any ports in US. With this option customer can use a single point of contact to oversee all of the customs activity.
